In today's episode (#4) we interview Josh Mangini. Josh worked in the food industry for many years until he found his passion and love for real estate. Josh started out his real estate journey as a wholesaler and his success early on encouraged his wife, Ashley, to take the plunge and become a full-time real estate agent. Not long after, Josh followed suit, and quit his day job to be a full-time real estate agent. Josh gives us some tips and tricks on wholesaling and using software and strategies that help you find off market deals for realtors and wholesalers.
