In this position, he was able to work with one of the top student housing property management companies in the country with over 7,000+ beds under management. With 20 years of sales, customer service and property management experience; Dave transitioned into a real estate career with Hartsock Realty as an associate broker, and has a managing hand in the property management side of the company that manages over 300+ units. Dave shares his property management expertise with us and gives us some tips when dealing with the turnover, tenants, and turmoil that property management can bring.
