He has taken this passion and considerable action to quickly build a portfolio of several small apartment buildings, which allowed him to quit his job and pursue real estate full-time. Lee is the founder and visionary behind Threefold Real Estate Investing and the host of the weekly podcast, Threefold Real Estate Investing, which focuses on multifamily real estate investing, along with pursing better relationships with family and a better walk with Christ. Lee has been featured on numerous podcasts including, Michael Blank’s Apartment Building Investing and The Best Ever Real Estate Investing Advice with Joe Fairless.
