A few years ago I got my RE license thinking it would be my 9 to 5 so I could pursue ministry. Little did I know that it would catapult me into the world of real estate investing. Over the last couple of years I have personally discovered the powers of value add investing, cash flow, multi-family and passive income. One of my passions that has developed is to help people from all walks of life pull back the curtain, discover the secret sauce and climb the mountain known as Real Estate Investing to find a fuller life. My wife and 5 kids have been gracious and crazy enough to come along for the ride. If a guy like me can do it, so can you!

I started as a real estate investor and was able to turn a hobby into a career. Now I am also a real estate agent and work on the fastest growing commercial real estate team in our area. I am starting to grow my personal portfolio through house hacking and single family houses and would love to continue to head towards the multi-family realm for future investments.
