He has been the owner of Blass Construction since 2007 and has amassed a portfolio of 315 units (JV Deals). Mark has been able to use his construction company, relationships, and real estate knowledge to become a vertically integrated real estate machine. He is able to raise money, create partnerships, build his own inventory (primarily multi-family), manage his own units with an in-house company, and syndicate the end product if needed.
