#9 From Consulting with Fortune 500 Companies To Scale To Over 250 Units with Matt Strehl
In today's episode (#9) we interview Matt Strehl. Matt got his start in the business world by working at a consulting firm for Fortune 500 companies. Matt would consult financially and operationally to help streamline company efficiencies, cut costs, and create financial models. Like many real estate investors, Matt was still seeking the freedom that real estate investing provides, and when 3,000 people from his company got let go from their job, he took the opportunity to start real estate investing full time. Matt was able to utilize partnerships to help him scale quickly and now he and his partner have scaled to over 250 units in 7 different states! Matt was able to use his expertise in financial models and operational efficiencies to help streamline his real estate investing business.
