In today's episode (#20) we interview Jim Carpenter. Jim and his wife, Lisa, are co-owners of a 2nd generation company, Pridgen Enterprises. At this point Jim and Lisa are putting systems and scaffolding in place to set up the hand off for the third generation to take over the company. Their real estate portfolio consists of manufactured homes, single family houses, commercial, and some multi-family.
